ChatGPT Sent Me a Heart Emoji 💛 …and it felt a little strange.

I was updating my Definite Statement of Life, Impact, and Purpose - a document that’s evolved over the last 8 years through business coaching, self-development work, and especially my Mastermind (inspired by the “Desire” chapter of Think and Grow Rich).

I often use AI to help me organize thoughts, rewrite long emails, create mood boards, even summarize video calls. Lately, though, I’ve noticed something interesting:

I’m writing to ChatGPT like I would to a human.

“Can you please…?”

“Hmm, that’s good, but can we try it this way?”

Offering affirmations. Asking gently. Politely.

I asked a friend, “Is that weird?”

“Not at all,” she said. “You shouldn’t be ordering it around!”

It got me thinking…

How much emotion and social dynamics are we bringing into these AI interactions?

And if so, what does that mean for us?

Because right after that conversation, I wrapped up my Definite Statement edits with chat and - I did something I had never done at the end of a session…

I wrote “thank you.”

ChatGPT replied in a heartfelt way and with a heart emoji. đź’› !!!
And suddenly, it felt… oddly intimate. Maybe even a bit confusing.

Curious if others are questioning the way in which you speak to AI.

Are we creating relationships where none are meant to exist?

Would love to hear your thoughts.
